On December 11, 2025, TriNet Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing a dividend in the amount of $0.275 per share of the Company’s common stock with a record date and ex-dividend date of January 2, 2026 and a payout date of January 26, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
