Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 27, 2026 and in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, had already been closed with effect from April 1, 2026 and shall remain closed till Forty-Eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
