EXTENSION OF UN CONTRACT

Mumbai – April 19, 2019

We are pleased to inform that the contract of our wholly owned subsidiary Trigyn Technologies Inc., with the United Nations for the provision of information and communication technology staffing support at the UN Missions and other UN offices is now extended for six (6) additional months from the expiration date (30 June 2019). The revised contract term will now expire on 31 December 2019, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract.

All the other terms and conditions of the contract remains unchanged.
