2025 General Meeting - Changes in the Supervisory Board
At today's Annual General Meeting, Trigano's shareholders approved all resolutions submitted for their approval.
Mrs Carole Fiquemont has been appointed to the Supervisory Board for a term of four years, succeeding Mr Guido Carissimo, whose term of office had expired. Carole Fiquemont is currently General Secretary of Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault. She has over twenty-five years' multidisciplinary experience in finance, mergers & acquisitions and compliance.
Trigano would like to thank Mr. Guido Carissimo in particular for his significant contribution to the development of the company, in particular during his operational management of the Italian subsidiary Trigano SpA from 1999 to 2003, then as a director of Trigano from 2007 to 2016 and as a member of the Supervisory Board since 2016.
The company's Supervisory Board is now made up of:
- Mr François Feuillet, President
- Mrs Alice Cavalier Feuillet, Vice-Presidente
- Mrs Marie-Hélène Feuillet
- Mr Jean-Luc Gérard
- Mrs Valérie Frohly
- Mrs Carole Fiquemont
- Mrs Sonia Jarrier, member of the Supervisory Board representing employees.
