Director/PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been notified of the following share purchase transactions by members of its leadership team:

Ø On Thursday 10 April, Mr. Clive Watson, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director , purchased a total of 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") .   Following this transaction, and t ogether with an additional 982 shares purchased through the Dividend Re-Investment Plan on 14 October 2024, M r. Watson has a beneficial interest of 113,957 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Ø On Wednesday 9 April, Ms Serena Lang, Independent Non-Executive Chair, purchased a total of 15,726 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") .   Following this transaction, Ms. Lang has a beneficial interest of 187,011 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Ø On Wednesday 9 April, Mr. Daniel Jack, Chief Commercial Officer & Managing Director, UK & Ireland, and a member of the Executive Leadership Team, purchased a total of 17,506 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") .  Following this transaction, Mr. Jack has a beneficial interest of 35,986 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
