Notice of 2022 Annual results

London, Monday 4 July 2022:  Further to the announcement on Tuesday 24 May 2022, Trifast plc (LSE Main market premium listing: symbol: TRI) wish to notify shareholders that the Group will release its Annual results for the year ended 31 March 2022 on Tuesday 26 July 2022.

The Company will also be presenting the FY2022 results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday 28 July 2022 at 11.30am.  This live event will be hosted by CEO Mark Belton, and CFO Clare Foster.  Investors who follow Trifast on the IMC platform will automatically be invited to join the session.  The webcast will be available on the Trifast website following the event.  To register for the session, you may follow this link:
