LONDON: Wednesday, 17 August 2022: In relation to the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is being held on Wednesday, 7 September at 12:00pm (BST), Trifast plc (Trifast) will be providing a 'live' link via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform to enable existing and potential shareholders who are unable to attend, to view proceedings.

Those interested in joining the AGM can register (free of charge) for the event on the Investor Meet Company platform via the following link:

Questions can also be submitted pre-event via the IMC dashboard up until 9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the presentation or by emailing the Trifast Company Secretariat team.

Those who already follow Trifast plc on the IMC platform will automatically receive an invitation to join the event.

Please note that shareholders will not be able to vote online at the AGM via the IMC platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via proxy as early as possible and not later than 12 noon on the day that is two working days prior to the Meeting.
