Director/PDMR shareholding Correction

The following correction has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 28 July 2025 under RNS Number 8557S:

1.     The overall shareholding of Serena Lang has been corrected from 218,195 to 217,444, of which 26,018 is held in the name of a minor for which she is the legal guardian (note that this difference does not impact her 0.16% holding of the Company's issued share capital);

All other details remain unchanged. The amended text is given below.

The Company announces that on Friday 25 July 2025, Ms Serena Lang, Independent Non-Executive Chair,  purchased a total of 31,184 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") . Following this transaction, Ms Lang has a beneficial interest of 217,444  Ordinary Shares in the Company.
