The Company has received notification today that, on 26 March 2025 certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company, purchased 347,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.8361p.

Following this purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 21,685,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
