Notification of PDMR Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Plan grant of Option
The Company announces that Darren Hayes-Powell, CFO, of Trifast plc has joined the 2023 SAYE Plan. All Executive Directors in the Group are able to participate in the Trifast plc SAYE Plan on the same terms as all eligible employees.
As a result, Darren has been granted an option over 26,884 shares of 5p each in the Company at an option price of 69.0p. The related savings contracts will commence on 1 November 2023 and the options will become exercisable from 1 November 2026.
