The Company announces that Mr Malcolm Diamond, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), was issued with a total of 18,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's SAYE scheme.  Following this transaction, 553,800 Ordinary Shares are held by Mr Diamond (551,800) and persons closely associated with him (2,000).
