Notification of

Transaction of Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

In accordance with DTR3, the Company has been notified that, on 24 June 2015, Carlo Perini sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each of the Company (the "Shares"), representing 2.58% of the Company's issued share capital, at a price of 121 pence per share.

Mr Perini is Managing Director of Viterie Italia Centrale SPA ('VIC'), a business that joined the Group by way of acquisition on 30 May 2014.  As reported at the time of the Group's preliminary results on 16 June 2015, since its acquisition the performance of VIC has exceeded Trifast's expectations and the Board remain encouraged by the opportunities and prospects of VIC.

The Shares were issued as part of the consideration for VIC in May 2014.
