The Company confirms that certain investment vehicles connected with Nicholas Mills, a Director of the Company, purchased 152,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 67.1946p on 21 March 2025.

Following this purchase, Nicholas Mills and the investment vehicles connected with him are interested in 21,337,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.676% of the Company's issued share capital.
