Directorate retirement
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Claire Balmforth, who joined Trifast in April 2020 has informed the Board of her intention to retire from the Company, effective from 31 December 2023.
On behalf of the Board, Senior management team and employees, we would like to thank Claire for her wise counsel and invaluable contribution over her tenure, and we wish her a happy and enjoyable retirement.
The Company has initiated a process to identify a suitable replacement for Ms Balmforth, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
