The Board of Trifast plc (Ticker: TRI), the international fastenings group, is pleased to announce that Lyndsey Case FCCA has, from today (1 April 2016), taken up the additional responsibilities of Company Secretary.

Lyndsey has been with the Company for 16 years.  She joined the Group's TR Fastenings UK Finance team in 2000 before moving to the Group Finance Team in 2006.  She is experienced in financial accounting, reporting and compliance.
