Please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Employee Stock Op�on Scheme of the CompanyESOS 2020, and the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regula�ons, 2021, the op�on grantees have exercised 1,12,500 op�ons at an exercise price of Rs. 16.50/- each, equivalent to 1,12,500 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each, (“Equity shares”) of the Company.

Pursuant to the exercise, the Trident Limited Employees Welfare Trust, will transfer the said Equity shares to the concerned op�on grantees/eligible employees in due course.
