Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform that as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ of Trident Limited (“the Company”), read with, applicable regulations of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from April 01, 2025 and shall be opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 will be considered.

The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
