Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has successfully commissioned the additional capacity of 11.02 MWp rooftop Solar Power Project at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. The total installed capacity of Solar Power Plant at Budhni facility, Madhya Pradesh has reached 51.92 MWp.
In reference to the above, please find below the required details, in terms of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123:-
