The details as required under Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (as amended) and Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations is provided in Form A.

In Order passed under Secton 74 and 122 of the Central
Goods and Services Tax Act 2017/ Punjab Goods and Services
Tax Act 2017, read with Integrated Goods and Services Tax
Act, 2017 dated September 19, 2025, the Ofce of the
Principal Commissioner, Central Goods and Services Tax,
Commissionerate, Ludhiana, has dropped the proceedings
initated under Show Cause Notce dated June 30, 2025. The
proceedings were related to the alleged demand of tax dues
amountng to Rs. 51,86,59,521/- along with interest and
penalty for the period 2018-19 and 2020-21. The order cites
that "No suppression of outward tax liability has been found
on account of variance between E-way Bills and GST returns.
Further, it has been held that Input Tax Credit (ITC) has been
correctly availed.
Accordingly, No further acton is warranted in this mater.
