Pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has successfully commissioned the capacity of 1.1 MWp Solar Power Project at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. The total installed capacity of Roof Top Solar Power Plant at Budhni facility, Madhya Pradesh has reached 29.5 MWp.
The power generated from Solar Power Project shall be consumed cap�vely for manufacturing facili�es located at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, resul�ng in considerable reduc�on of carbon footprint for the Company.
