Pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has successfully commissioned the addi�onal capacity of 5.5 MWp roo�op Solar Power Project at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. The total installed capacity of Solar Power Plant at Budhni facility, Madhya Pradesh has reached 35.0 MWp.
The power generated from Solar Power Project shall be consumed cap�vely for manufacturing facili�es located at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, resul�ng in considerable reduc�on of carbon footprint for the Company.
