Further, pursuant to Regula�on 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regula�ons, 2015, it is hereby informed that Tuesday, May 28, 2024 , is being fixed as Record Date for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders for the 1[st] Interim Dividend of the Financial Year 2024-25, if approved by the Board in its rescheduled Mee�ng.
Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open on third calendar day from date of conclusion of Board mee�ng, in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Regula�ng, Monitoring and Repor�ng of Trades by Designated Persons” of Trident Limited (“the Company”), read with, applicable regula�ons of the SEBI (Prohibi�on of Insider Trading) Regula�ons, 2015.
