Pursuant to Regula�on 30, read with, Schedule III of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, we hereby inform that there is a massive fire accident at Dhaula facility of the Company (consis�ng of Tex�les and Paper Manufacturing units) at around 08:30 P.M (IST) today.
Due to the said accident the opera�ons are disrupted at the Dhaula facility.
We will promptly inform the exchanges on further developments including the extent of loss, if any. The informa�on as required under Schedule III of the LODR Regula�ons and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 will be informed once the actual loss is assessed.
