Pursuant to Regula�on 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, please find below the informa�on as required under Schedule III of the LODR Regula�ons and SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023:

Expected quantum of loss/damage caused	In the Raw Material Yard of the Paper division and surrounding areas of the Company at Dhaula (Punjab) loca�on, a fre accident has occurred on the evening of June 05, 2024. The fre resulted in major damage to the Raw Material and adjacent areas. However, no casual�es were reported and there has been no damage to the plant & machinery. The opera�ons were suspended as precau�onary measure and are resumed today, for both, Home Tex�les and Paper businesses. We are proac�vely monitoring the situa�on and have taken necessary steps for the safety and well-being of the people as well as to reduce the impact on the business opera�ons. The actual quantum of loss / damage is being ascertained.
Whether loss/damage covered by insurance or not including amount	The Loss/damage is adequately covered by Insurance, and the Company has already informed the Insurance Company about the fre Incident.
