This is to inform that as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Regula�ng, Monitoring and Repor�ng of Trades by Designated Persons’ of Trident Limited (“the Company”), read with, applicable regula�ons of the SEBI (Prohibi�on of Insider Trading) Regula�ons, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securi�es of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate rela�ves shall remain closed with effect from July 01, 2024 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Mee�ng in which the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2024 will be considered.
