Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to inform that as per the Code of Conduct for Regula�ng, Monitoring and Repor�ng of Trades by Designated Persons of Trident Limited (“the Company”) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibi�on of Insider Trading) Regula�ons, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securi�es of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate rela�ves shall remain closed with effect from Sunday, October 01, 2023 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Mee�ng in which the Financial Results for the Second quarter and Half Year ending on September 30, 2023 will be considered.

Further, pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of designated persons of the Company will be freezed by Central Depository Services Limited (Designated Depository) for trading in securi�es of the Company during the said window closure period.
