This is con�nua�on to our in�ma�on to Exchanges dated October 03, 2023 regarding the commissioning of New Roo�op Solar Power Project of 9.50 MW capacity at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh. Further, pursuant to Regula�on 30 of the SEBI (Lis�ng Obliga�ons and Disclosure Requirements) Regula�ons, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has also successfully commissioned the remaining capacity of 1.06 MW Solar Power Project. The total capacity of Roof Top Solar Power Project will be 10.56 MW.

The power generated from this Solar Power Project shall be consumed cap�vely for manufacturing facili�es located at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, resul�ng in considerable reduc�on of carbon footprint for the Company.
