This is in reference to our letter dated January 4, 2022 regarding receipt of request from Mr. Krishna Kumar Garg (Folio no – 50739, holding 10,000 shares) for getting duplicate share certificates from the company which were reported lost by the shareholder.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that Mr. Krishna Kumar Garg has retrieved the original share certificates on his own and has now withdrawn his request for issue of duplicate share certificate of Trident Limited vide his communication to the Company dated January 10, 2022. Accordingly no duplicate share certificates shall be issued by the Company.
