Sub: Resumption of operations in Punjab location of the Company

Dear Sir I Madam,

This is in reference to our earlier letter dated July 19, 2022, wherein the Company has intimated about temporary suspension of operations at the Punjab locations of the Company.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that the said 'Punjab Morcha' has ended peacefully on July 25, 2022. The normalcy in operations has been restored at the manufacturing locations of the Company situated in Punjab.

The disclosures as prescribed under SEBI Circular no CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is annexed as Annexure-1.
