The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. January 18, 2021 has approved the diversification of the business operations under the Chemical Segment wherein they have accorded the approval for production of ‘Detergent Powder’.

Further, details as required under Regulation 30 the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are as follows:
