I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Trident Limited having its Registered Office at Trident Group, Sanghera maintained by M/s Alankit Assignments Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the ‘RTA’) having its Office at Alankit Heights, 1E/13, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi – 110 055 pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate pursuant to Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the above examination and further information provided by the Company, I, hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on March 31, 2021:

• A) Share Certificates relating to the transfer of Shares received during the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 are entered in the Memorandum of Transfers within fifteen days of the date of lodgment for transfer. Further no request was lodged with the company for split, duplicate shares during the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.

• B) No requests were lodged with the Company for remat, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange of certificates or endorsement of calls /allotment monies, during the period from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021.
