Sub: Intimation under the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

In continuation of our letter no TRIDENT/CS/2019 dated May 13, 2019, we would like to inform you that the Company has expanded its Yarn Segment and also commenced its commercial operations under the same.

Further, details as required under Regulation 30 the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 are as follows:

5.	Investment required made	INR 338 Crores
6.	Mode of financing	External Borrowings – INR 253 Crores Internal Accruals – INR 85 Crores
7.	Rationale	This capacity addition shall further strengthen the position of the Company in Textile Sector.
