**The Company has executed the split/sub-division of Equity shares of the Company from face value of INR 10/- each to INR 1/- each with December 16, 2019 as Record Date.
#The correct name of the shareholder is Seema Aggarwal as per the gazetted copy submitted by the shareholder.
The IEPF Authority shall issue the shares upon completion of all the applicable formalities to its satisfaction. Accordingly, the intimation regarding issue of shares shall be provided once approved by IEPF Authority.
