This is to inform you that today, the major fire has been broken out in the Cotton warehouse located in the manufacturing facilities at Budhni, Madhya Pradesh.
The disclosure as prescribed under SEBI Circular no CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is as follows:-
