In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received a request by legal heir of following shareholder whose shares have been transferred to IEPF by the company as per the applicable provision of Companies Act, 2013. The original shares are lost and now legal heir have applied for claiming the shares from Investor Education Protection fund (IEPF).The following are the details of the share certificate reported lost and to be claimed from IEPF:
