In terms of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received an information regarding loss of share certificates from legal heir of deceased shareholder. Further, the said shares have been transferred to IEPF by the company as per the applicable provision of Companies Act, 2013.

The details of lost shares certificates of erstwhile Varinder Agro Chemicals Limited (company merged with Abhishek Industries Limited and name changed from Abhishek Industries Limited to Trident Limited) are as under –
