Sub: Update under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015

This is in reference to our earlier intimation dated March 24, 2020, wherein keeping in mind, the safety and well-being of its employees as top priority, the Company had temporarily shut down its manufacturing facilities and offices, as per the directions/ guidelines issued by the Central / State Governments.

In this regard, we would like to inform that the Concerned Authorities have granted permission to restart the manufacturing operations in the state of Punjab and Madhya Pradesh subject to certain conditions.

In view of the aforesaid permissions and to cater to the need of essential goods and services, we would like to inform that recently, the Company has partially resumed its manufacturing Operations in both the States after fulfilment of the imposed conditions.

We would once again like to mention that the safety and well-being of its employees will always be the top priority of Company and the Company will ensure to take all necessary measures for the same.
