Sub: Partial Disruption of Operations due to heavy rains in Budni, Madhya Pradesh
This is to inform you that the manufacturing operations of the Company at Budni location have been partially disrupted due to incessant rainfall in Madhya Pradesh.
The disclosure as prescribed under SEBI Circular no CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is as follows:-
| Expected quantum of loss/damage caused | Manufacturing operations at Budni location of the Company have been partially disrupted due to accumulation of rainwater/intrusion of flash flood water in the premises. The movement of manpower in the area has been affected badly due to heavy downpour further impacting the operations. We are proactively monitoring the situation and taking necessary steps for the safety and well being of the manpower and reduce the impact on business. The actual quantum of loss/damage cannot be ascertained at this point of time. |
