FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDED ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2020

I have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to Trident Limited having its Registered Office at Trident Group, Sanghera maintained by M/s Alankit Assignments Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the ‘RTA’) having its Office at Alankit Heights, 1E/13, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi – 110 055 pertaining to transfer of equity shares of the Company for the period from April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate pursuant to Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the above examination and further information provided by the Company, I, hereby certify that the Company has delivered during half year ended on September 30, 2020:

• A) Share Certificates relating to the transfer of Shares received during the period from April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers within fifteen days of the date of lodgment for transfer. Further shares have been delivered, against the request of split, duplicate, within thirty days from the date of lodgment except those rejected on technical grounds.

• B) No requests were lodged with the Company for consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement of calls /allotment monies, during the period from April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020.
