Dear Sir/ Madam,

Sub: Closure of Trading Window

It is hereby informed that the 'Trading Window' is being closed, in compliance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, with effect from Wednesday, the 1st day of April, 2020 and shall be opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 will be considered.

The date of Board Meeting, as aforesaid, shall be intimated in due course of time.

Further, as a precedent, the Company always used to make a newspaper publication of the “Closure of Trading Window” for the information of all concerned. However, at this time, the Company is unable to make a newspaper publication, due to the lockdown by State/Central Government in view of COVID-19 Virus pandemic.

Thus, at this time, Company would not go for newspaper publication of the “Closure of Trading Window”.

Further, this intimation is available on the website i.e www.tridentindia.com for the information of all concerned.
