It is hereby informed that the 'Trading Window' is being closed, in compliance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, with effect from Wednesday the 1[st] day of July, 2020 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 will be considered.
The date of Board Meeting, as aforesaid, shall be intimated in due course of time.
