Sub: Partial Disruption of Operations due to heavy rains in Budni, Madhya Pradesh
This is to inform you that the manufacturing operations of the Company at Budni location have been partially disrupted due to incessant rainfall in Madhya Pradesh.
The disclosure as prescribed under SEBI Circular no CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is as follows:-
| Expected quantum of loss/damage caused | Manufacturing operations at Budni location of the Companyhave been partially disrupted due to accumulation ofrainwater/intrusion of flash flood water in the premises. Themovement of manpower in the area has been affected badlydue to heavy downpour further impacting the operations.We are proactively monitoring the situation and takingnecessary steps for the safety and well being of themanpower and reduce the impact on business.The actual quantum of loss/damage cannot be ascertained atthis point of time. |
