ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਮਲਤਵੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਵੀ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾਣ।

ਮਜੀਠੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਰਵਾਇਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜੇਕਰ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਕ ਹੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਦਾ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਟੈਕਨੀਕਲ ਬੋਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਲੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਜੇਕਰ ਹੋਰ ਬੋਲੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਣ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਕ ਹੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਯੋਗ ਪਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ
