Whereas, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited.(hereinafter referred to as 'Arcil') is an Asset Reconstruction company incorporated under the companies Act , 1956 and registered with the Reserve Bank of India under section 3 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial. assets and Enforcement of security interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") and whereas the Borrower/ Mortgagors/ Guarantors/ Co-Obligants & Consentors, as mentioned in column 3 of the below mentioned chart obtained loan from Shrlram Housing Finance Limited (SHFL), and whereas Arcil has acquired the financial assets relating to the loan accounts mentioned in eolumn 2 of the below mentioned chart: and Whereas Arcil, being the secured creditor undElf the Act, and in exercise of powers conferred under S.13(2) of the said Act read with Rule 3 of the security interest (Enforcement) Rules 2002, issued demand notice ealling upon the Borrowers/Co-Borrowers/Guarantors, as mentioned in Column No. 3, to repay the amount mentioned in the notices with further interest thereon within 60 days from the date of notice, butthe notices could not be served upon some of them for various reason. ·
