It is hereby informed that the 'Trading Window' is being closed, in compliance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, with effect from Monday, the 1[st] day of July, 2019 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 will be considered.
