Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 15[th] day of January, 2019, inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2018.

Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect and will re-open at 9:00 AM on Friday, January 18, 2019 in accordance with the “Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading” as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
