3. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited ('CDSL') as the agency to provide electroni voting facility. The detailed procedure and instructions for e voting are given in the Notice of Postal Ballot.

4. Shareholders whose name appearing on the Register of Members List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, February 3, 2023, (Cut-off date)only shall be entitled to vote and are requested to communicate their assent or dissent through the remote e-voting system only. Voting by post is not allowed. Vote by post shall be treated as invalid.

5. E-voting will commence from Wednesday, February 8, 2023 (9.00A.M. IST) to Thursday, March 9, 2023 (5.00 P.M. IST). The e-voting shall not be allowed beyond the said date and time and the e-voting module shall be disabled thereafter.

6. Shareholders may note that the Notice will also be available on the Company's website at www.tridentindia.com, websites of the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively andon website of the e-voting agency- Central Depository Services (India) Limited ('CDSL') at www.evotingindia.com. Results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on or before Saturday March 11, 2023 and the same along with Scrutinizer's Report will also be posted on the Company's website www.tridentindia.com, on the website of CDSL, the e-voting agency at www.evotingindia.com, besides communicating to the stock exchanges on which the shares of the Company are listed i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com respectively.

(IST) and shall end on Thursday, 9th March, 2023 at 5:00 P.M (IST)During this period, Members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owners and holding shares in the physical or dematerialized form, as on the cut-off dateof Friday, 3rd February, 2023, may cast their votes electronically, as set out in the Notice of the Postal Ballot through remote e-Voting of NSDL. The voting rights of shareholders shall be in proportion to their share in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date. The remote e-voting module shall be disabledby NSDL for voting thereafter. Once the vote on a resolution is cast by a Shareholder, the Shareholder shall not be allowed to change it subsequently. A person who is not a Shareholder as on the cut-off date should treat this Notice for information purpose only. ਨੀਅਰ ਸਟਾਫ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਰ, ਜਲੰਧਰ : -ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਕਹਿਣ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈੱਸਪੀਸੀਐੱਲ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਥਕਾਇਆ ------------------------------------ਕਿ ਅਸਲੀਅਤ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ .ਬਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ 7475 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੈ। ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਿਨਾ ਦੌਰੇ 'ਤੇ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਟੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਕੱਢਿਆ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਮੀਐੱਸਪੀਸੀਐੱਲ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਵੱਧ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ 'ਆਪ' ਰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹੇਰ ਫੇਰ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਹੈ। ਪੀਐੱਸਪੀਸੀਐੱਲ ਬਸਾਈਟ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦਾ 4870 ਰੁਪਏ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ 2605 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਜਲੀ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਲੈਣਾ ਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਚੀਮਾ ਝੂਠ

ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਕੁਤਾਹੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 4 ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿੰਗੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਟਾਈਮ ਬੌਥ 'ਤੇ ਥੈਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਂ। ਪੀਐੱਸਪੀਸੀਐੱਲਾ ਮੈਂਡ ਰਾਜ- ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਂ। ਪੀਐੱਸਪੀਸੀਐੱਲਾ ਮੈਂਡ ਰਾਜ -ਬੰਬ 'ਤੇ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਾਂ। ਪੀਐੱਸਪੀਸੀਅਲੂਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ-ਕੰਗਾਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਮੁਰੰਮਤਾਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਫੰਡ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ। ਸਰਦੀ ਤੁ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਦੀ ਰੁੱਤ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਦੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ।ਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਝੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਤੇ ਗਰਮੀ ਵਿਚ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਤਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ -ਝੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਤੋਂ ਗਰਮ। ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁੰਦ-ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹੀ ਾਈ ਅਮਲ ਹਾਲ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬਾਦਲ-ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੀ ਕਲੋਨੀ/ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ 'ਆਪ' । ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਕਨਵੀਨਰ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ/ ਕਠਪੁਤਲੀ ਬਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ₹ ਅਫਸਰ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਹੋਰ ਮਾੜੀ ਅਮਲੋਹ। ਜ਼ੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
