ਨਵਦੀਪ ਢੀਂਗਰਾ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ : ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦਾ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸੇਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿਖ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਫਿਰ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੋ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ-ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਰਕਮ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਤੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਵੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ

ਵੀ ਰੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਕਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੈਡਲ ਜਿੱਤਵ ਵਾਲੀ ਹਾਕੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ 10 ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ251-251 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਸਪੇਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘਪਲਾ ਲੰਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ

ਕਰੋੜ' ਦਾ ਹੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ

ਲੀ ਬੈਡਮਿੰਟਨ ਖਿਭਾਰਨ ਪਲਕ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੂੰ 21-21 ਲੇਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਫੰਡਾਂ 'ਚ ਘਪਲੇ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ : ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਡੀ ਰਗਮ

ਪਿਛੋਂ 3-4 ਚੈੱਕਾਂ ਰਾਹੀ ਕੁਲ 47 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ 'ਚ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਵਿ

ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਪਟਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ 31 ਏਕੜ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਸਸਤੇ ਭਾਅ ਵੇਚਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖ਼ਜ਼ਾਨੇ ਦਾ 400 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਦਯੋਗ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੁਤਬੇ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਪਾਲ ਤੈਂ ਟੈਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਐੱਫਆਈ.ਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕਾਰਜ 'ਤੇ ਰੈਕ ਲਗਾਈ

ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨਵੀਂ ਬਣੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਕੋਡੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਭਾਅ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵੇਚੀ ਗਈ ä ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸੱਚ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ 31 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2020 ਨੇ ਜੀਆਰ ਡਿਵੈਲਪਰਜ਼ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਗਠਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਿਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਜੇ.ਸੀ. ਟੀ ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰੋਨਿਕਸ ਦੀ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ .ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਵੇਚਣ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕੁਲੇਸ਼ਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੀ। ਆਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਦੀ ਦਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਵਰਨਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨ' ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਰਖੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਵੀ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਗਲਤ ਡੀਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਮੰਨਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਡੀਲ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਵਫ਼ਦ ਨੇ ਓਦਯੋਗ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਵਿਚੋ ਬਰਖਾਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੰਗ ਪੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਸੀ।

40ਵੇਂ ਜਥੇ ਨੇ

ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਕਮਾਰ, ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ : ਬੇਅਦਬੀ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹਫਤੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ 'ਚੋਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਿਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਯੂਥ ਵਿੰਗ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਅੱਠ ਸਿੰਘਾਂ ਦੇ 40 ਵੇ ਜਥੇ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

ੱਜਥੇ 'ਚ ਗੁਰਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ,ਸਿਮਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਲਾਲਸਿੰਘ, ਅਕਾਸ਼ਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਲਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਬਿਕਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਤਨਾਮ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਮੇਤ ਸੰਗਤਾ ਨੇ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਦਸਵੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬਰਗਾੜੀ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਮੋਰਚੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਥਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਧਰਨਾ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਨਾਅਰੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ

ਹੈਏ ਹਨ।
