ਨਵਦੀਪ ਦੀਂਗਰਾ, ਪਟਿਆਲਾ : ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦਾ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਸੇਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿਖ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਫਿਰ ਦਸਰੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਥੋੜੀ-ਥੋੜੀ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਰਕਮ ਲੈ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਤੇ ਵਿਚੋ ਕਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਵੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਖ਼ੁਲਾਸਾ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਫੰਡਾਂ 'ਚ ਘਪਲੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਚੱਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
ਪਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਮੱਛਲੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਵਿਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਿਸ਼ ਚੌਧਰੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸੇਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਸੀ ਤੌ ਜਿਮ ਦੇ ਟੇਨਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ 'ਚ 47 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਰਕਮ ਆਉਣੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਨੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਰਾਹੀ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਸਨ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬੈਂਕ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਕਦੇ ਜਿਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ।
ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘਪਲਾ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਕੇ
ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ-'ਚ ਵਿਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਚੌਧਰੀ 2019 ਤੋਂ ਜਿਮ ਲਾਉਣ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ 15 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਰੀਬ 5-6 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਸੀ ਜਿਮ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੌਕੀਨ ਸੀ। ੳਸ ਨੇ ਇਕ _ ਕਿ ੳਸ ਦੇ ਸੇਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ਼ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਫੇਡਾਂ 'ਚ ਖਪਲੇ ਦਾ ਮਾਮਲਾ : ਸਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਾਰਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਪਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ
ਪਿੱਛੋਂ 3-4 ਚੈੱਕਾ ਰਾਹੀ ਕਲ 47 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਾਤੇ 'ਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਵਿਨੇ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਅਰਬਨ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਫੇਜ਼ ਦੋ ਦੇ ਟੇਨਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਰਕਮ 'ਚੋਂ ਵਿਨੇ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬਿਆਨ 15 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਜਿਮ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਕਢਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ 'ਚ 45 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰਪਏ ਕਢਵਾਏ। ਇਸ ਰੁਪਏ ਪਤੀ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਫੀਸ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ। ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਪੰਜ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਲਈ ਜਿਮ ਬੈਲਟ, ਨੀਕੈਪ, ਗਲਵਜ਼ ਤੇ ਸਪਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਰਚੇ ਸਨ। ਬਾਕੀ ਰਕਮ ਨਿਸ਼ ਨੇ ਵਿਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਨਕਦ ਲੈ ਲਈ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਰਕਮ ਲੈਣ
12 ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ, 7 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮ , ਕੋਈ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਪਲੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਰਚਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸਿਫਰ ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਕ ਅਗਸਤ ਦੀ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਜ ਹੋਏ ਪਰਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਿਸ਼ੂ ਚੌਧਰੀ, ਡੇਲੀ ਵੇਜ ਸੇਵਾਦਾਰ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ੱਖ ਆਕਾਸ਼ਟੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੋਨੂੰ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਿਨੈ ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਾਰਘ ਆਕ ਲਵਾਤ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਜਦੂ ਤੁਸ ਕੇ, ਕਬੂਚ ਸਾਰਾ, ਜ਼ਿਲ ਤੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਾ ਸ਼ਰਮਾਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। 12 ਦਿਨ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਨਾ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੇਂ ਲਾਜਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਰ ਤੇ ਤਾ ਹੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਹਾਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ, ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ : ਥਾਣਾ ਮੁਖੀ
ਬਾਣਾ ਅਰਬਨ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਮੁਖੀ ਰੋਨੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ 7 ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ 'ਚੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਹਾਲੇ ਕੋਈ ਗਿ੍ਫਤਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪੱਛੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਉਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦਿਹਾੜੇ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪਬੰਧਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਹਾਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਇਆ, ਜਲਦ ਗਿਫਤਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।
ਨਹਿਰ 'ਚ ਡੱਬਿਆ 11 ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚਾ
ਜੇਐੱਨਐੱਨ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ: ਦੁੱਗਰੀ ਪੁਲ੍ਹ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹਿਰ 'ਚ ਨਹਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ 11 ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚਾ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਨਹਿਰ 'ਚ ਡੁੱਬ ਗਿਆ। ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕ ਦੇਹ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਗੋਤਾਖੋਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਮਿਤਕ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਡਾ. ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਨਗਰ, ਮਾਡਲ ਟਾਉਨ ਵਾਸੀ ਰਮੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਥਾਣਾ ਮਾਡਲ ਟਾਊਨ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਲਾਸ਼ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੋਸਟਮਾਰਟਮ ਲਈ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬੱਚਾ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੁੱਗਰੀ ਪੁਲ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਹਿਰ 'ਚ ਨਹਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਵਹਾਅ ਤੇਜ਼ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਨਹਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਡੱਬ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਗੋਤਾਖੋਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਤੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦੇਹ ਨਹਿਰ 'ਚੋਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਓਲੰਪਿਕ 'ਚ ਗੋਲਡ ਮੈਡਲ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੈਵਲਿਨ ਥੋਅਰ ਨੀਰਜ ਚੋਪੜਾ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ
'ਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਸਕੇ। ਕੈਪਟਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਨੀਰਜ ਫ਼ੌਜ 'ਚ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੁਝ ਨਿਯਮ ਹੋਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਇਕ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ 'ਚ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਵੀਪੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਦਨੌਰ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ 'ਚ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।
