ਖਰੀ ਕਦਮ' .ਐਕਸਪੋਰਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਕੰਟੇਨਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਹੈ। ਸਨਅਤ ਨਗਰੀ ਲਧਿਆਣਾ ਤੋਂ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਐਕਸਪੋਰਟਰ ਸਮਾਨ ਭੇਜਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੁਧਿਆਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਰੀਬ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਆਹੁਤਾ ਔਰਤ 8500 ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਈ ਹੈ। ਥਾਣਾ ਡੇਰਾ 6500 ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਹੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ .ਜੇਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਾਰਨ ਲਾਜਿਸਟਿਕ ਕੀਮਤ ਵੱਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਤੋਂ ਚੌਲ,
ਈਆਂ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਖਾ ਕੇ ਾਰਟਮ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਆ ਕਿ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ

ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕੋਵਿਡ ਕਾਰਨ ਕਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਮੰਗਵਾਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਐਕਸਪੋਰਟ ਨਾਂ-ਮਾਤਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿਚ ਸਟੀਲ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਕ੍ਰੈਪ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਪੋਰਟ ਵਿਚ ਕਮੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਲੰਘੇ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਪੋਰਟ 'ਤੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਕੰਟੇਨਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਸ਼ਿਪਿੰਗ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਧੂ ਸਨਅਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਭਾੜਾ ਖ਼ਰਚਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਮੰਗਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਰਜਨੀਸ਼ ਇੰਡਸਟ੍ਰੀਜ਼ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਕੰਟੇਨਰ ਮੰਗਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਧ ਪੈਸੇ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਅਹੁਜਾ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਐਕਸਪੋਰਟਰ ਦੋਹਰੀ ਮਾਰ ਝੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਆਰਡਰ ਭੁਗਤਾਉਣ ਲਈ। ਟੀਲ ਦੀ ਵਧੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਕਾਸਟ ਆਦਿ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਰਚੇ 10 ਤੋਂ 15 ਫ਼ੀਸਦ ਵਿਚ ਤਿਆਰ ਮਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਕੀਮਤ 'ਤੇ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨੇ ਪੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਥੇ ਕੰਟੇਨਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਤੇ ਕਸਟਮ ਕਲੀਅਰੈੱਸ ਖ਼ਰਚੇ ਵਧਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨੀ ਵਧੀ ਹੈ।

ਉਪਨਾਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿਚ 1964 ਮੌਕੇ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪਿਪਲੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਗੁਰਦਆਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਤੌਰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥੀ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ 1979 ਵਿਚ ਸੀ ਹਰਿਮੰਦਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਅਰਦਾਸੀਏ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ। 17 ਮਈ 1989 ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰੰਥੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਦੀ ਲਾਮਿਸਾਲ 1716 ਈਸਵੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਛੋਟੇ-ਛੋਟੇ ਜਥਿਆਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਥਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਚ ਮਿਸਲਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਹੈ । ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਜਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 14 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਸਨ। ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੂਰ ਮੁਕੇਰੀਆਂ ਇਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੀ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇਆਂ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਾਹਨੂੰਵਾਨ ਛੰਬ ਰੋੜੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਮੁਗਲ ਸੈਨਾ ਰ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਨਾਲ ਗਹਿਗੱਚ ਲੜਾਈ ਹੋਈ। ਇਸ

ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ 'ਚ ਬਣਾਈ ਗਈ ਛੋਟਾ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰਾ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਕਾਹਨੂੰਵਾਨ
ਨੂੰ ਤਸੀਹੇ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਰੀਜ ਵਿਖੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦੇ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਕ ਥਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਮੁਗਲ ਸੈਨਾ ਮੁਗਲ ਸੈਨਾ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਧੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਆਉਣ 'ਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਰਾਵੀ ਦੇ ਉਪਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੈਰਨ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਕਾ ਛੋਟਾ ਗਿਆ। ਲਾਹੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਦੇ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕੱਠ ਮਾਧੋਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਇੰਨੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ,
ਬਸੌਲੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਵਧਿਆ। ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਯੋਧੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜੱਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਹਲਵਾਲੀਆ, ਸੱਖਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾੜੀ ਕੰਬੋ, ਚੜਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ੁਕਰਚੱਕੀਆ, ਹਰੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਕਪੂਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਜੈਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਰੋਲ ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜੱਸਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਆਹਲਵਾਲੀਆ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ 28 ਸਾਲ ਸੀ। 16 ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋਏ 1762 ਈਸਵੀ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਆਹਲੁਵਾਲੀਏ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੂਨੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਾਜ਼ੀ ਨੂਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਨੇ ਜੰਗਨਾਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪਹਾੜੀ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਜਗੀਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਬੁਛਾੜ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਉੱਤਰ ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ ਰਾਵੀ ਦਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਘਿਰ ਜਾਣ 'ਤੇ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੰਬੋ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ
ਖਤਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾੳਂਦਿਆਂ ਮਗਲ ਸੈਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਅਚਨਚੇਤ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਈ ਜੂਨ 1746 ਈਸਵੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਇਸ ਖੁਨੀ ਸਾਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਛੋਟਾ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰਾ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 7000 ਤੋਂ 11000 ਸਿੰਘਾਂ-ਸਿੰਘਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਆਉਣ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਈਆਂ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਇਤਹਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਯਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਛੋਟਾ ਘੱਲੂਘਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਪਬੰਧਕ ਜਵਾਹਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਹਨ।
